Attracting diverse talent contributes to an inclusive work environment. And we are on the right track: in 2021 and 2022, more than 30% of our tech hires were women. Our ambition is to increase this number to 50%. Below you can see more figures about our Digital and Technology teams.

Next to all the efforts we put into diversity and inclusion as a company, we recognize we cannot do everything by ourselves. We therefore choose to work together with a range of partners to:
